EMP Attacks

EMP AttacksAn EMP attack can be caused by a device that emits an asymmetrical or non-sine waveform of sufficient magnitude to cause an electric surge or voltage surge in the power grid. This can result in current being drawn from the power grid beyond its capacity, which may lead to cascading failures that take down large sections of the power grid over time.
